I found the answer. Idk in other mailing platform but In outlook you can check the external email settings. "check the let people outside the organization email the groups"

at the moment I don't have the answer for this. But you can put the emails in a constant then call it in CC. On my side I need to mail the group mail.

I tried to put the DL(email group) to "To" but still they didn't received any mail

For Appian send email node it has no difference whether it's a individual email or distribution list. If it is sending email to individual ID, it should be able to send to DL as well. As someone suggested, try to have only the DL in to and see if it works.

Have you tried passing the same email in 'to' which you are using for 'cc' just to verify that the issue is with the email or there is something else.
