I tried shutting down to but I got mail from Appian Community saying :

yes I tried , I think so my site is still not updated to appian version 24.1 and my site is still using 23.4 APJ appian version , so I guess because of this I am not able to use my cloud database .

Did you try opening it in a new browser or incognito? It could be because of the cache..

I hope you are using a community edition. Have you tried shutting down the environment and then restarting?

I did mail them regarding the same and I didn't got any reply from the team .
