Can you add more details about it? What issue are you facing? Any screens being shown to you when you click on a process model?

check it 1st all permissions are there for you to view the process model, if it is there then just restart your pages.

may be your internet is slow that can be a issue as well.

can you add more details?

If all are good then appian servers may be running slow. you can give a try after some time.
