Could you please share a screenshot of the error that you see in the browser on the device. May be you can share some details about your device?

I have tried different browser and still the same result. On the play store its says the appian app is not compatible with this device. Is there a way to work around this on the browser or backend of appian.

Could it be that the tablet is in another WIFI or does not have an active VPN or something in that ballpark.

Same URL + same credentials means, at least for me, that the problem is outside of Appian. But, no offence, people new to Appian sometimes do things I can't imagine.

Yes the URL is exactly the same. I used the same url on my phone and was able to login. Just get the error after loggin in on the tablet.

Could there be anything on my environment that could be blocking this?

As Stefan mentioned, you need to double check the URL you are accessing if you are using it via browser but I would recommend to download the Appian App from PLayStore for your tablet. It would give you a much smoother experience.

This error message indicates that the login was successful, but you do not have permission to access this specific part. Did you check that you use the exact same URL and user account?

Try this:
Verify the Appian URL is correct.
Clear cache and cookies on your tablet's browser.
Check the device's network restrictions.
