Have you tried to use cardLayout or headerContentLayouts in the interface that you are using for the summary?

Here I have used a card layout. You can try the other options as well since you do not want to use cards.

AFAIK, I don't so think you can change it. Without customizing your UI

As I mentioned in the post, I know about the header color. I'm looking for the background of the content without using cards.

hi teodorar3974 the image mentioned below represents part of record header you can have color for record header, AFAIK,but not remaining part of it.

for below case details, you can put those details in a card layout and change the style of the card
