&lt;p&gt;A more open-ended challenge I face is the dynamic assignment of a task to a different group based on a value. The automated case routing module handles this nicely for case types but nothing exists for task types.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am not sure what is best practice in that situation.&lt;/p&gt;
