You should receive mail with the subject line "Score report for ACD101: Appian Certified Associate Developer"

I got mail from Caveon Scorpion <support@caveon.com>

This mail will contain a link to see the score. If you have not received mail, I think you can send mail to Caveon Scorpion <support@caveon.com> with all details.
