That's a known issue when using the Community Edition. Please add your personal prefix to the name to make it unique.

Press Ctrl + Space, the global search opens up. You can search with the integration name to verify the details

HiRida2000 you can check this way: Open your appian designer. Go to all objects >> On the right-hand side you can see a search bar, type the connected system name and you can find whether the same objects already exist or not. as mentioned in the below image.

Since the community edition is shared env. there is a possibility that other users can create objects with the same name. you have your own application and you can create your object with your application prefix. that would resolve the error.
