Is there any way to know, using the ID of an object, what its dependencies are and which application it belongs to from a rule?
Thank you very much.

RE: Way to know on the fly which application an object belongs to

Not possible AFAIK.
Content tools plug in might help to get the minimal stuff related to a rule. Dependencies and application i don't think it would help.
