Hi Yeah, If we have an Object ID, we can search for the object by modifying the search criteria to use either the ID or UUID, as the default search is based on the name or description.

Can we know what exactly you are trying to do ?? Id's might change from environment to environment so I say don't depend on it.

Content tools plug in might help to get the minimal stuff related to a rule. Dependencies and application i don't think it would help.
