The prior examples offered here by other users demonstrate some nice clean HTML. I think the main takeaway is, you should probably stick to hand-entered basic HTML for emails instead of pasting in whatever junk gets auto-generated elsewhere (it looks like your original version was generated by Word or something, with lots of overhead and fluff and unnecessary junk included). The basics necessary for a simple HTML email are pretty easy.

Why don't you try using HTML tables (or as other user suggested) instead of ? I think it's much easier

EMEA/H/C/3820/II/016, which removes the instruction "Remove from light" for
the diluted product from the Product Information.


There is no corresponding CCDS update for this update; however, the correction
is linked to CCDS-MK3475-IV-042024.


This variation impacts Section 6.3 of the KEYTRUDA SPC, as well as the
information for healthcare professionals in the leaflet.

Priority level: Standard

Please note that, due to the approval of procedures II/0160 + II/0161 +
II/0162 in the same time frame, only consolidated PI’s with the changes
from all three procedures are available in MUSE -

Therefore, we attach the English WRM and CRT PI with the changes of II/0162
