I think yes. the reason might be the tags. I've done some research and it says that these tags work only for the MS Word Styling. So I recommend use some alternate way of styling your html template. Or you can avoid the styling and simply use the block which Mathieu has provided.

I don't see any "Priority Level" in your text so not sure what exactly is being cut off.

Why do you need those tags anyways?
