Hi Harsha, thanks for the reply. Two of my colleagues tried creating Sprout Social accounts but the verification emails never came through. That's what got me thinking that either it's a Sprout Issue, or someone in Appian needs to approve it.

Its more of a question for Sprout Social as compared to Appian Community in my opinion. Basis general understanding if your colleague created a Sprout social account and add 'Appian' as one of the topic of interest it should work.
