How in the world are they not communicating how long this will be down? I'm trying to convince my firm to go with Appian by showing demos I've created, but it's DOWN, which isn't helping my case! I was expecting "hours", not "days"...

I Think Yours is a US site, and mine is an Indian site—maybe that's why mine is working.

yeah! but now it is working. they already informed that from Friday 6pm onward the site is under maintenance
