This feature was introduced in 24.2 whereby it sends an email to the site object administrators.

Well, you only get the message when that error happens. There is nothing else to do.

Yes, the error is solved but I don't want to receive these messages in the future. Do I have to talk with an Administrator to turn them off?

The message you're getting describes the error (presumably in the site's interface, or similar setup issue). The first step should be to find and fix that error.
