And replacing it with a &quot;Send Email&quot; node is only an option for initial assignment, but cannot react on a reassignment. One more thing is, that the task links still point to tempo and users feel lost after completing a&nbsp;task.</p> <p>I do not know a simple AND good solution to this.</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
