The issue is likely your virtual desktop’s resource allocation or network configuration. Ask IT to check your virtual desktop’s CPU/RAM allocation, compare network settings with working users, or try a different virtual desktop session. The problem is probably specific to your virtual desktop host server.

Then it's not an issue with Appian Env .It's an issue with your VDI (As you mentioned it's working well for other users) ,We face this too often. It's more of a work for your infra team

I would recommend you to try using your account from another system. If that works, try clearing the cache data

If it's permitted, can you try logging in to Appian using your mobile or tablet just to make sure the issue is not with your user account. If it's working fine in other devices, we can confirm that the issue is in that particular device.

No, infra and support team tried everything, by clearing browser and updating PC and from my side router setup and internet connection tested but still same issue i am facing

It is happening only for me not for other users. And i have 5 different appian environments which all are slow

1. Delete all active/completed process instances.

2. Delete unused documents from knowledge center

try restarting the app server, as user login distribution may happen.
