The same for me I got the error from time to time in production environment.

The feed is opened by putting in the browser the following:

https://<myUrlAddress>.appiancloud.com/suite/tempo/news/entry/<feedEntry>

Same issue for me.
In production environment I get this error from time to time.
The feed entry seems correct, infact the feed is opened if I open the browser with the following url:

https://<myUrlAddress>.appiancloud.com/suite/tempo/news/entry/<feedEntry>

The node is running as whoever intitiated the process model, and the initiator of the process model and the author of the post comment to feed(configured through process variables) both have access to the feed.

Is the node running as designer, or as a user who doesn't have access to the feed? Also, is it on a chain, or unchained? (We've had an issue where chained nodes ignore the run-as-designer context for the urlforrecord() expression at least.)

the entry id issue isn't there. It is basically a security issue as i was able to successfully post a comment when performed from a user having admin rights on whole of the application. Please go through the two approaches i have mentioned in my post and suggest if there is something i am missing.

I'm with Mike on this one, also - news feed entry IDs are always (as far as i know) a text string formatted similar to "e-12345" or "x-12345" (and perhaps similar others). Is there any chance you're capturing your News Feed Entry ID into an int variable and losing the text formatting (as well as the prefix which is critical)?

Yagyadeep, I agree with mike, the entry Id value should look like e-12345 (or any letter followed by a number)If you hover over the time stamp of this post, you'll notice that is shows you a hyperlink. The last bit of the URL is the entry Id.

The entry ID of a post is captured as a result (node output) of the Post Event and Post System Event Smart Service. That value should be stored into a process variable so it can be used in the Post Comment to Fee Entry Smart Service

Please check the Feed Security and the "post comment.." node who ever is running as needs access to the feed.
