The out-of-the-box module only works with Microsoft Outlook/Office 365 using the MSGraph Email Poller plugin.<br /><a href="https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/26.2/setup-case-creation-via-email.html">https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/26.2/setup-case-creation-via-email.html</a><br />Workaround i would recommend - Forward Gmail emails to an Outlook inbox as the simplest fix.</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
