As soon as I uploaded the DEFAULT COMMUNITY.zip shared here, I am getting this error - An error occurred. The “Temporary Documents KC” [uuid=SYSTEM_KC_TEMPORARY_DOCS_KC] cannot be found.

I also tried to import the default community from other environments which are running the same Appian version(18.2), but still getting the above error. Could you please help on this.

It seems somebody is using a smart service to move document objects around and the node received a 1 as the input moving this community somewhere else since 1 is the local ID for the Default Community.

To fix it simply import the attached application

DEFAULT COMMUNITY.zip

Hi Tim,

Its not a new installation.
We are in Appian 7.8.
It was upgraded to this version 3 months back.

In the main window( "Communities" top tree level) it doesn't show the Default Community.
But in other environment default community is visible at the top tree level.

Also I tested the below expression:-
community(1,"parentId")
It's returning 22831 which is a folder id. Ideally it should be empty.

When i navigated to that respective folder it's empty but the size is not 0.

How will I see the content of this folder, so that i can move it ?

Screen shot attached for that folder content.

Kindly guide on the same.

I've never known anyone to lose the Default Community before. Is this a new installation? If you click on the "Communities" top tree level does it not show in the main window? Can you provide a screenshot?
