Just to clarify the Personalization Utilities is compatible with all supported versions of Appian including 7.9 and 7.10. I'll update the information.

Apologies, initially I misunderstood the requirement. You can use the Personalization Utilities smart service so as to create custom titles, but its compatible with versions 7.1 to 7.8.

Sorry, I wasn't clear. When adding or updating users in Appian, the user-profile form contains a drop down list of "titles" to apply to a given user. How does one update that...

Hi Richard,
Configuring list of job titles as a drop down and then based on the user selection we need the user title, to fulfill this requirement we can opt for a cascading drop down. Below is the SAIL recipe that will help you with the code required for the same.
