your Appian server is on LAN or available on internet.

I'm facing an issue, kindly see if you can help me out.

We have Appian server installed locally on Hyper VM. the site URL is accessible on the machines across the LAN. but whenever i am trying to access that URL on Appian Android Mobile App, it is showing me the error message "An unknown error has occurred. Please try again"

Thank you all! We've discovered the problem, the User Start Page in the Admin Console was set to /suite/designer instead of /suite/tempo.

check the custom.properties the url you configure in the app should match the value in custom.properties

There are multiple errors in your log files, one errors seems to be related to CORS origin denied localhost:8080, which can be resolved by setting the CORS origin in admin console. Although, it's worth to clear all your logs and restart the jboss so that we can find exact Issue.

Ricardo, Are you able to see any errors in server.log/ application-server.log? If possible,can you please attach the log file?
