This is indeed on our roadmap, though I can't provide you with a target date at this time. For now, options to upload documents from mobile devices include using the mobile browser and sending forms to processes via email.

I would hope that the Appian development Roadmap includes a more integrated approach for the mobile app platform. Modern mobile apps can already interact with mobile accessible file stores. Jarrod highlighted 'Yammer' above which has this capability and the experience is very seamless. Having to go to the website on the mobile does not present the user with a consistent experience. Especially when we are trying to promote heavily use and benefits of the mobile app.

This is not currently possible from within the mobile app; however, mobile users can upload supporting documents by going to the site via their mobile browser.

This type of functionality is mandatory if we are truly deploying omni-channel functionality. Uploading supporting documentation for a form process is very common - and it is ever increasing that mobile device users are using both local and cloud storage options for their originating file locations, The Appian mobile app must be able to interact with these location to upload and download files as necessary - and as would occur on a desktop.
