Quick apps are an obsolete feature.

I am facing the same issue even my account is setup as system Admin. we are on version 25.1. Can someone please advise.

To be more specific, it's not 16.2, we are running on Appian 16.2 Hotfix Package A. As said already, the problem lies only with basic user.

As per my understanding this issue isn't same as AN-69713, as the content of the logs is varying. Attached the logs, assuming it would aid the practitioners or Appian Core Team to come up with pointers.

@paul.mayeur - Yes, the user is a member of Quick App Creators Group.

Has that basic user been added to the quick apps creator group? See admin console under permissions.
