I have attached a screenshot of the model that is launched. The &quot;design task info&quot; is the form that displays the confirmation. I have put in a timer and an initial report check to make sure users don&#39;t spam the button. Where is that button available ? In a form of your process model ? Who does get this form initially ? All those 20 users ? If so, how about assigning this task to all users individually (by enabling &#39;one-to-one assignment&#39; in Assignment tab) ? In this way each one of them will get a separate task for them to click on that button independently, does this solve your problem ? If not, please try to elaborate more on this use-case...<div style="clear:both;"></div>
