generateuuid is not an out of the box function though. You may want to share with the user where you found that plug-in.

@Deepthig, generateuuid() generates UUID. It can be used to generate unique strings. Worth checking it.

There used to be a plug-in in forum.appian.com/.../ but it was removed because RDBMS' already provide a function to generate those. It's better if you do it in your Stored Procedure itself using your RDBMS' functions.
