Hi Jamie,

If you are referring to converting a document with any extension to any other extension then there is no shared component for doing so.
There are some shared components which are static like Dynamic Document Generator, Pdf Tools

forum.appian.com/.../summary

but these shared components might not match your use case. But its a nice requirement for creating a smart service.

I think you would need a custom expression or smart service to change the file extension.
Try to use Text from Template plugin:
forum.appian.com/.../summary

This may help you to create a file with the new extension.
