Hi George,

AFAIK we cannot configure the notification emails for messages on the news post to send an attachment and the things which we can do is setting up target audiences. These mails are just used for notification purpose which have the link to the forum message.

try changing the feed notification alert settings for a a specific user, looks for feed notifications in the below link
forum.appian.com/.../Notifications.html.

if the change is required at global level, try changing the custom property notification settings
"server.conf.notifications.tempo_comment_on_message_msg_timing"

Hi Georget518,

May the issue for not able to send attachments is security / privileges. For Send Email Smart Service they mentioned like
"An exception pauses the process at this node if an expression used to specify your attachment doesn't return a document. This can also happen if you run the node under a user account that does not have the right to retrieve the documents included as attachments."

Please check it once.
