Thank you jaredw525! That seemed to do the trick. All the Appian configurations were setup correctly and it ended up being our IIS Web Server causing the issue. We adjusted those settings to match the Appian configs and everything is working properly.

We had a similar issue at our company. We use IIS Web Server as the front end and it by default limits files sizes to 30MB.

If you are on Cloud, access System Logs and search for 'hc-custom.properties' file. Open it and search for MAX_UPLOAD_FILE_SIZE. Under the Documents section, you would be able to find this property.

What browser are you using? /designer only supports IE11 -- forum.appian.com/.../System_Requirements.html

You could look at the network traffic to see what is happening.

If that property is commented, I believe it would take the default value of 1GB.

As sikhivahans was suggesting, I would recommend a quick check on the MAX_UPLOAD_FILE_SIZE property value (just to ensure if it less than the file size you are uploading).
Additionally, check the allocated disk quota which contains the folder that your client is uploading. Chances are that it might have reached its full capacity.

I just checked this setting and its like this:
#resources.appian.ac.MAX_UPLOAD_FILE_SIZE=1024000000

But it is COMMENTED. Should we uncomment it?

@bojanb I believe resources.appian.ac.collaboration.MAX_UPLOAD_FILE_SIZE in custom.properties control the maximum value and increasing this obviously will have side effects. This setting, afaik, has a default value of 1 GB and the value you have mentioned is far behind the default value. Maybe something to do with the Upload speed? And also, did you check the current value of this setting?
