You can set user start pages in the admin console. Their start page could be a page that has links to helpful info. <br /><br />However, now in 17.1, the logo goes away when you click into a task, record, report, and action.<br /><br />I would also ask what help info do they need? Can it be broken up into specific help so that it is targeted and not cumbersome? If so, look at form instructions, tool tips, field instructions, and even a header SAIL rule that passes in a variable to give each page a unique link to a record entry that gives targeted help and the user can open in a new tab/window.
