It worked now ! The problem was a due to the firewall and the the string I guess.

Thank you. I have tried changing the name and also made various adjustments on the string such as she one you mention regarding the db.

I'm most likely dealing with firewall problem on my side.

Do you know what would be the best way of getting the current IP address of Appian Cloud?

In connection string its databaseName. But you have mentioned database.. Can you modify and test it again?

Can you give the datasource a simpler name? Something like AppianTest, just to try. I'm pretty certain the special characters are causing trouble.
