Check out the docs on sites and user start pages.

You can design for and achieve specific persona-based experiences for different personae!
Make a site for each persona, make sure each persona (can be several users) is in a unique user group, then set the user start page for that persona group to a specific site URL.

By default home page i was referring to the appian signin page , we are using SAML and there are different sign in url we have configured, what i am trying to accomplish is to have some content on the url dedicated to the SAML user. For eg we have a url for finance on this page i would like to show live stock news ( i have API, RSS feed)

Hi Ankur -

I'm not sure I understand your inquiry about the "default home page"...? Perhaps you could expand?

It sounds like you understand how to use the component since you configured it successfully in one case.
If you're having difficulty with another specific case, consider opening a case with Appian support, who may be able to assist you further.

Thanks Robert, i was able to get the video but text and live feed still has issues. Any chance i can get them on the default home page?

Perhaps a Web Content Component will suit your requirement?
