Please see the SAML Documentation page. Any users in this group with authenticate using SAML; users excluded will continue to use the standard Appian authentication.

Thanks for Reply Shanmukha !!! Issue got resolved now by setting Restrict SAML authentication to a specific group to authenticate through SAML.

Hi Jasmin, WEB API can be called from any user with in the system.We have already worked with Appian WEB API's where we user basic authentication with the user name password which we have in the system without SAML. Can you share all the steps that you have done so that we will provide more insight on this issue.
