 I am using the new 18.3 version, in which I was trying to upload the document generated in Appian to external content store using integrations and REST api call.

Alternatively, you can also try using base64 format but be cautious as it impacts performance when multiple &amp;amp; large operations are performed. One more point is even if there are less operations, the output that we get is of more size than the actual document that is sent.&lt;br /&gt;
