We can integrate the services which are using protocols like REST, SOAP and some other protocols that are specific to the system (we call in Appian as connector functions).

For its implementation related information like authentication, integration objects and its behavior please refer to the latest release documentation.

Hi Chakravarthi,

Any out side systems which exposes their services through WEB API's can be access from Appian. You can look Appian as Java application where in anything you can access from java application if the other system exposed their frameworks/API's to outside world.

Having said that most of the tools in the market like, Sales force, SAP, Even block chain can be accessed from Appian.
