So it is not possible to get IP of Appian Cloud database directly or connect it remotely with any online tool, without using these
"Enhanced Data Pipeline" as you said.

This is only the solution??

Remote access to the Appian cloud business database is governed by Appian Cloud and Support, and this is made available through the Enhanced Data Pipeline offering.

It gives IP address but not exact IP address, according to different machine it vary...

I'm not sure about the MySQL Database , but you can get the Server IP address of Appian Cloud using ping command in command prompt

I guess you need to open a support ticket with Appian and they can help you to setup VPN connection
