Thanks for the ideas. I was able to create a Web API and test it using Postman. Now, I am waiting on the Identity people to test it from IdentityNow.

Hi Helmuta,

My view is same as Dude's, I see that the Identity now is an application and I'm not sure whether you can call the Web Api from it. If you cannot, then You can design a daily batch job to pull details of the deactivated users and then run the Appian process model to deactivate them in Appian.

I don't have experience, but I have a thought on this. To deactivate users using Appian, users must present in the Appian.
1. Import the users from IdentityNow to Appian.
2. Connect to the IdentityNow database user table using Appian data source
3. Create a scheduled Appian process to get users, deactivate them then update the table.

4. Run the job which will sync the update Appian table with IdentityNow
