 i have created an WebApi which gets the data from a database, i have the URL(Web) which gets the data,

&lt;p&gt;Your users need a REST client that can invoke the proper authorization parameters preemptively.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Right now a user cannot do this in the browser alone, without a client.&lt;/p&gt;
