ame both, same result!! Any hope :)

The problem was that either the page name was incorrect in my URL. So in the example above, "home" didn't exist as a valid tabbed page.

Any resolution to this problem? I have a URL that is following the convention that joel recommended but I am getting that "the specified page is not available" error as well, even though the page loads in the background.

I think you need to provide a page of an application that you want the dashboard to open in. So for example if you application is called test and you have a page called home you would use the link as follows
server:PORT/.../procID.

The name of the page is the same as you you use in the URL shortcut when adding a navigation item to an application.

I might be wrong on this but we are doing this for our processes and I believe I solved it using this method.
