Try the graph API method you will need to create 2 integration items 1. That would get the Bearer token that Azure generates and 2. To consume that token and send request back to Azure /Outlook. Check my post and response i was able to get the outlook Calendars into Appian https://community.appian.com/discussions/f/integrations/13751/outlook-integration-error

Are you using graph API to make the call to Outlook or is the request made to on-premise exchange?

I tried "Send meeting request" smart service. It failed saying that "Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's e-mail provider rejected it.The following organization rejected your message:" How do we handle this issue? Do we have to request for server? If so, how do we do?

The smart service can be used in any model, the user was referring to the sample application which you don't need to make it work. You can use any of the available SAIL components forum.appian.com/.../SAIL_Components.html to design a UI to make use of this smart service, you can test the app in Portal to get an idea of how it looks like and do your own implementation of it on SAIL

This component is not compatible with Tempo forms but you can modify the example application to use Tempo forms compliant components. The app is just an example not precisely a rule on how to use the plug-in. Explore the documentation to learn more about Tempo compatible components so you can design your own form or redesign the sample.

After checking, its need to be run on portal mode (because user list and rich text cant be show on tempo). Is there any way to show user list box on tempo?

Hi Eduardo, I'm trying on using iCal smart service sample app. Is there any file I must edit before I can integrate with my outlook calendar? Because its not create any event on my outlook calendar when I finished running the sample app.
