I think ravinderl352 is asking about how he can expose Appian service which can be authenticated by Oauth and token can be regenerated frequently , but you have suggested the link which shows how Appian can consume other service using oauth . Both are different things .

As per my understanding we cant expose Appian service which can be authenticated using oauth , we can tell the consumer to use API-Key as bearer token instead.

Did you look here already? https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/latest/Oauth_connected_system.html That's probably the best place to start.
