I added callback url still i am getting same error.
Connected system is also authorized.

If you open the connected system which was created, you can get the callback url from there.

In the last generate recipient sharing integration, return url seems to be wrong.
It should be something like below. You can find this URL in the Connected system for configuring.

https:test/suite/oauth/callback

Actually i tried this way suggested by you.
I am able to create envelope but unable retrieve url .
I have also passed static id same on create envelope and create url.

DocuSign returned a 400 HTTP error

error-result-guidance

DocuSign returned the following error code: UNKNOWN_ENVELOPE_RECIPIENT The recipient you have identified is not a valid recipient of the specified envelope.

let me any info required
