Just to confirm with Stefan, Appian does not natively support DataBricks JDBC/ODBC drivers. In case anyone wishes to have connectivity, they can create custom Connected System Plugin to achieve the same.

AFAIK Appian does not support connecting other JDBC databases than the supported ones.

The team managing the databricks has some security concerns on API endpoints and are interested in knowing whether Appian can directly connect to the DataBricks through JDBC/ODBC drivers? Any thoughts here?

My best guess is that the DataBricks we have in our org is on AWS (https://databricks.com/documentation).

The team who reached out to us was mentioning about having ODBC (https://docs.databricks.com/integrations/bi/jdbc-odbc-bi.html) or JDBC connector in order to perform CRUD operations on the data store.

Now, historically, we did connect to our internal MS SQL Database server through Data Store connectivity. But I am not so sure whether the same connectivity is possible from Appian to DataBricks.
