This is not specific to Appian. Your Appian environment must be able to connect to your Postman via IP network.

Regarding Appian, there is plenty of trainings and tutorials available.

Then, the prerequisite is, that your postman instance is accessible from the Appian system.

Then you set it up like any other integration. A Connected System to manage URL and authentication plus an Integration to implement the actual call.
