Actually i want to use push notification of google drive api . That is if any one upload a file or changes want to get notification

I am not sure what I could add. A webhook is an API endpoint the other system can call.

Perhaps you can explain your use case in more detail. What did you try? What do you want to achieve?

This would be a web API in Appian. Then pass the APIs URL as the webhook.
