No, and this what I need help with to upload the file directly to an external location where Tableau has access.

if there is way to upload file to an external location/storage from Appian, please suggest

OK. For any access to Appian, you need valid authentication credentials. Can you configure Tableau to authenticate to Appian?

If not, can you upload that file to some other storage Tableau has access to?

I have uploaded the file to a Folder in Appian cloud, I couldn't figure out a way further to use this uploaded file in Tableau. I tried exposing this file using WebAPI but running into an Authentication issue

You write "cannot access the file". What does that mean? What did you try so far?
