You need to review that log and confirm whether the email is being polled by Appian first. Did you restart both the engines and the application server when you enabled anonymous access?<br /><br />3. If you&#39;re using the runtime_ear directory then the anonymous access has to be enabled in runtime_ear\\suite.ear\\conf\\custom.properties<div style="clear:both;"></div>
