I am able to get it to work this way. I was hoping to get it working from an expression rule, but I will go down this path. Thanks.

A SOAP envelope header is something different than a HTTP header. These function will not help you.

Try executing en expression rule and concatenate in your integration the value recovered

I can get the data, I just need to nest some values in the header.

In the webservicequery I have created extensions to try and fit this in.

extensions: {a!wsHttpHeaderField(name: "Credentials", value: a!wsHttpHeaderField(name: "Created", value: concat(text(gmt(now()), "yyyy-mm-dd HH:MM:ss"),"Z")))}

You are creating a Soap request and need to construct the message from the data stored in the database. it's right?
