Did you create your signing page in Appian for that tag?

Hi David, I changed the tag adding -> data-signin="employee".
But when I go to the external site it keeps directing me to the native url with the access by credentials, not to the open id authentication. do you know why does this happens?

YProbably you need to set a non default SAML for Auth

Maybe your IDP(OpenID) is not configured to allow Cross-origin. You need to configure cross-origin in IDP.
