Hello Ricardo.

I'm actually working with delsorbod0001 .

We used an URL that points Sharepoint subsite.

We checked every parameter and they are correct, but we keep receiving same error:

Who configured Sharepoint Online subsite said that they can access through other systems using client certificates provided.

Is there anything else we're doing wrong?

Hi Ricardo,
we have checked the URL we are using, and it includes the name of the SharePoint directory.
We are unable to understand where our mistake might be.

One of the mistakes I made that took me time to understand is that I didn't add the sharepoint subsite. Check if the referring URL is correct.

Thanks for your message. Yes, we have read the documentation and we are using the Client Credentials - Entra ID, but the system return the message:

Unable to retrieve access token
The following error occurred: invalid instance URL
Please ensure that your Ainstance URL in the connected system is correctAC

What are we doing wrong? thanks in advance.

Here you have the documnetation SharePoint - Appian 24.3 . Remenber that you need to use the Client Credentials - Entra ID.

I was seeing this error when I was trying to connect to the system. 
After reading a lot of Microsoft documentation, you found that the Client Credentials - Azure ACS connection form is already expiring. Therefore, it is not valid to use this way for new connections. The solution is the implementation of Client Credentials - Entra ID. This request implements a certificate.  With this you can solve the error.

Are you seeing this error testing the connected system or running an integration?

Do you see any additional information in the Tomcat logs?

My guess is either app policy information is misconfigured (https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/24.2/sharepoint-connected-system.html#client-credentials-authentication) or, if calling an integration, the content selected is not associated with the site that the Client Creds were generated under
