&lt;p&gt;I advise you to create a portal and then attach the link of the portal in the email to the non Appian user. Who in turn from portal can trigger the process you wish.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Or you can even start a process by sending an email to the process model, if it aligns with your use case.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
